For those who know me, you know that I have been struggling with the empty nest (Im sure I cant be the only one dealing with this) For the past 27 years I have raised my children in a Godly home and poured into them--- love, kindness,respect,trust, wisdom, faithfulness and the Most Important was for them to have a personal relationship with God everyday...DONE... . Now I just put my last one through college. Praise God, she was blessed with a job at Childrens of Alabama....DONE.... So my children are on their on and no longer need me.....DONE.....I have the choice to continue to fight depression or I can know that I have completed what God gave me to do and move forward to his next plan for my life....WELL, I CHOOSE GOD........HE IS NOT DONE WITH ME !! Praise God that i dont have to feel like I dont have a purpose in life or no one needs me any longer...... I have come out of the darkness and into the light !! Thank you Jesus for leading me out. GOD NEVER GIVES UP ON HIS CHILDREN..........READY FOR WHAT GOD HAS NEXT !!!!
