For those who works in Take Care Medical Management Dept. your service is really a nightmare! Just a brief FYI, i opted to have a surgery in a network hospital with Take Care which is Good Sam, LA. Since Take care told me that im already approved to have my surgery there which was 1st wk of May, a lot of waiting happened, issues etc. So, today Good Sam here in Guam informed me that the Contract of Take Care with the provider that took my case does not have a current agreement with them. I waited for 3 wks & thats the result i get, and that idiotic Melinda Madrigal (Take Care employee) who was coordinating my case does not even know that, it was Good Sam representative who broke the news to me. What do you call that service from Take Care??? Their slogan is taking care of their members and they DO NOT deserve that slogan, they should be called NEGLECT CARE, PRETENDING CARE and so on.... i rarely rant in FB but this is frustrating for a member to do all the follow-ups & you get no good result. My company is paying a good price for us employees & this is what i get. I seriously want to storm out in their office earlier but what good will that do right, everybody who knows me personally knows my patience & seriously, i think i did a good job not visiting their office personally today.
