He claims that for the last two years Baram rural folk have never received the subsidy announced by government, which has been claiming it has paid a subsidy for diesel and petrol for 24 Billion each year. And with the Dayak Gawai holiday is around the corner we have a special interview with head man Tua Rumah Jupiter from Suai Niah, to explain the importance of the annual celebration. He says that the Gawai ceremony is a symbol of thanksgiving to God for the paddy harvest every year. Lastly, we have a commentary by Christina Suntai on the construction of the Baram Dam issue.
