Getting the right amount of sleep is important in being alert the next day, and several recent studies have found an association between getting 7 hours of sleep and optimal cognitive performance. People who sleep between 6.5 and 7.4 hours also had lower mortality rates, and thats always good news, but dont take my word for it! Study your sleeping patterns and be your own sleeping expert.
