For you non-believers out there.... This is a traditional, store - TopicsExpress

For you non-believers out there.... This is a traditional, store bought egg on the left and a free range, HAPPY chicken on the right. Neither are organic. Im sure you see the difference. The darker yolk implies a a grass fed diet, that also includes bugs, which is natural for chickens to eat. Chickens are NOT vegetarians, so dont waste your money on eggs that are fed an all vegetarian diet. The lighter yolk implies the chicken was fed corn. If you do research, it will say there is no difference in nutritional value, but knowing that 95% is genetically modified, I beg to differ. They also bleach the traditional egg to get rid of bacteria, causing the shell to weaken and actually allow more bacteria to enter the egg. The chickens are also cooped up and stressed out, causing more stress hormones in the egg. How can that be healthier? The choice is yours. This is my pan, in my house. The egg on the right was given to me by a friend who has chickens. I met them. They are awesome.
