Forced myself to get in a workout even though I had a ton of things to do at work today. Hit back and bis. Last set of bis we did a KILLER drop set: 6 different dumbbell weights for a total of 45 reps!! Reminded me of the good old days hittin arms hard with Noe Alduenda! Glad to have Robbie Williams to hit the work gym with (even if he did make me laugh at a critical moment during one of my sets today!)
