Foresthills Annual Heritage Celebration is undergoing some exciting changes for this years event. First of all, the event has been moved off of Labor Day Weekend in the hopes that more folks can attend! The dates for this years celebration will be Saturday, September 13 and Sunday, September 14. Mark your calendars because we have many fun things planned. In addition to the usual vendors, great food, gold panning and logging demonstrations, western shoot-outs, we are going to have kids games/contests, a community chili cook-off, birdhouse making contest, old-time photos, and other hands-on activities for all ages. Another exciting addition will be an area where kids ages 16 and under can get the experience of being a vendor by selling their home-made craft items (no food) for a very nominal fee. Both vendor and kids vendor applications will be available shortly. We are very excited about all the changes and addition of new activities at this years celebration!
