Forget what you know, dont be limited to what you could learn. THINK in your unique perspectives and open up your world. Age is just a number we tag to no. Of years of existence on earth but is not a direct correlation to the degree of understanding and appreciation of the world. The challenge about identifying and grooming talents, is when the society operates like a cookie cutter, trying to size every individual to a standard norm, and to apply a certain set of treatment to perceived groupings by social standards, with low tolerance to people who function or think differently. Think. Dont just learn. Assess. Dont just judge.
