Formation of a Company in Bangladesh : Companys Act:1994. Company is an association or collective of individuals, whether natural persons ,legal persons ,or a mixture of both.Every member of a company has a common purpose and unit in order to focus their various talents and organize their collectively available skills or resources to achieve a specific declared goals . In Bangladesh any company formation is made under the Companys Act, 1994.The company formation is very easy in our country.If any one wants to form a company the following procedure to be completed :- * 1.Chose a name of the company. * 2.Make a Memorandum of Association. *3.Make a Articles of Association. *4.Application for registration of the company to the register of joint stock company. After registration next to be achieved - 1.Tax Identification Number- TIN. 2.Trade Licence . 3. Bank Account in the name of the company. After formation of the company the following certificates needs to be obtained for business - 1. Export Registration certificate. 2..Import Registration certificate. 3.VAT Registration certificate. 4. Bond Licence. 5. Become Member of a business related organization. Further, copy of TIN certificates of all directors, national ID cards photo copies.and or photo copy of pass port.Now the formation of your company is done. .
