Former Deputy Governor of Ebonyi State did not attract Road Networks and Electricity Project to Onicha Clan. The Peoples Quest and Request as a result of 2007 Events did. Let me explain. In political evolutions, progress and advancement will always be made if truth is allowed to be sacrosant and no attempt is made to sacrifice it for political expediency. I feel seriously constrained to write this rebuttal because of the following reasons. 1. Prof.C.Ogbu is a good man, a rare breed, an astute scholar and one of the political leaders of our time. 2. He is a deeply religious person who doesnt take pride in vain glory nor in undeserved praises. However, people needed to know the truth for the following reasons. 1.only the truth can set us free. 2. Conscience is an open wound and only the truth can heal it. 3.History should serve as guide as only God hold the future. The greatest achievement of Prof. Ogbu remains building the Onicha General Hospital as a commissioner for health (to be continued)
