Forty years ago today I awoke with a pounding headache caused by some of my best friends. I somehow managed to stop the pounding and stay somewhat sober so I could marry the love of my life. I know that my best man had written help me on the bottom of my shoes but thankfully we managed to get through the ceremony and on to the party. I will admit that we probably stayed a little too long at the reception but it sure seemed like everybody was having a ball and we didnt want to miss out. I did manage to stay sober enough to drive us away from the party and got almost a mile away before we were both spewing on the side of the road. This seemed to revive us enough to get to Uncertain and a restaurant that had some fantastic fried catfish. After a good mean it was on to Texarkana then to Hot Springs for a week of wonderment. I would love to be able to relive that memory with my bride. Oh well love you baby, wish you were still here. I will have a drink this afternoon for us. Love you and miss you. Enough of my rambling......later.
