Fountain of Life, Father with our hearts awesomely heavily with gratitude, we thank You for the gift of life and for nourishing us with good health throughout this year, we thank, praise, exalt and magnify You, as we we worship in Jesus Name. God of grace, we reverence You for giving us grace throughout this year, to always unlock Your Heavenly treasures in every seasons of our lives, Lord, it is through Your grace, that we become undefeated, unstoppable, and triumphant from the works of the enemies throughout this year, we bow in reverence to Your Name, as we worship in Jesus Name. Great Converter, we bless You for converting every of our troubles to triumph, defeats to uncontrollable victories, sorrows to unmerited joy, worries to peace, lack to abundance and we honour You for levelling every mountains that has come our way to Your Glory, we lift Your Name on High, we pray in Jesus Name. Merciful God, we can never never forget to thank You for Your mercies, without Your mercies, we would have long quenched down along the road but rather with Your mercies on our side at all times, we waxed even more and more stronger irrespective of what the enemies brought on our ways, we are nothing without You Lord and as long as we live, we will live in You and live for You in Jesus Name.
