Four years after the city started letting the grass grow outside of the fairways, we are really starting to see the definition brought out by this plan. Went down there to pick up trash today and everything is nicely mowed. In the eleven years Ive been playing this course, Ive honestly never seen it look this good. Youll also be happy to know that those annoying goatheads arent showing this year, and if you keep it in the short grass, any encounters with the courses notorious sand burrs will likely be minimal. Now should you have to venture out into the tall stuff, well, thats another story. :D Hope to see a bunch of you on Sunday. quote from a great cat, Scott Carpenter.
