While this is an excellent move for Arizona and should be replicated nation wide, I find no constitutional grounds for the federal department of education to exist. And I firmly believe that the federal government has no place in meddling with education. This needs to be in effect nationally, but it must be done one state at a time. All in all though a great day for Arizona, time for the other 49 states to step up! #tenthamendment Arizona Republican Party
