Fox & Weeks is privileged to serve the family and loved ones of Godofredo A. Dolor, 78, who died on January 16 in his home under the care of Hospice Savannah, surrounded his wife, children, and grandchildren. He was born in Binalonan, Pangasinan, Philippines, where he spent most of his life before moving to Savannah, when he retired from his work in 1995. He was a Mechanical Engineer and worked more than 40 years in his country in one of the biggest Pharmaceutical companies, United Laboratories, Inc., Philippines. He was Vice-President for Production when he retired in 1995. He was of the catholic faith and attended St. James Catholic Church. Surviving him are his wife, Perfecta Dolor of Savannah, GA; his son and daughter-in-law, Gody and Weng Dolor; grandchildren, Joshua, Bianca, Gabby, and Matthew, all from Canada; his daughter and son-in-law, Dr. Myra Dolor Torres and Dr. Richard Torres; his son, Edgardo Dolor; his son and daughter-in-law, Ronaldo and Lorna Dolor; grandchildren, Rona, Risha, and Reana Dolor, his son, Dr. Wilfredo Dolor; grandchildren, Isabella and Michael Dolor, and daughter, Margie Dolor. The family will receive friends from 5-7 pm on Sunday at the Fox & Weeks Hodgson Chapel. The Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10 am on January 23 at St. James Catholic Church.
