Fq I may seem dumb for asking but I had a question. I nurse my three month old son. My sister-in-law is trying to bottle breast milk for her son whos barely over a week old. She keeps saying she wants to lose the baby fat. I told her breastfeeding helps lose the weight and put her uterus back. She asked if she still loses weight that way if the baby isnt latched on like my son is. I told her, I think so. Am I right? I dont want to give her bad advise. Does she still lose weight pumping the same way she would lose if he was latched? Thank you for any input.
