France, Germany, Singapore and Canada have requested,a very dependable ISRO to launch their satellites in space. PSLV C23 will carry these on June 30th. Launch vehicle is ready to take off with all preparations complete and satellites integrated with the system. This is a commercial mission of the organization and will help fund its future projects. All the best Indian scientists and technicians who always work wonders despite resource crunch.
