Frank Kenisky: Voting fraud is real. There were census studies performed by non-party affiliated groups that show that nation wide there is approximately .0000006% what is currently being called fraud. Of that number about 75% is from mistakes. Senior citizens, military and just mistakes. None of which had any effect on the outcome of the elections. The term Voter Fraud was coined hugely after Obama was elected President in 2008. The Tea Party was formed as a non-political group that stood for American Patriotism and to take our country back to a better time. Key word is back. Because of Obamas affiliation with Acorn they used one issue of voter registration fraud where the groups were given incentives if they got more voters registered one group started going through the phone book and adding new people. Voter registration is not them actually voting. You can register as many people as you want too, if they dont vote it doesnt count. So in a sense this is not voter fraud. Voter fraud does actually exist and is mainly the crime of elected officials and not the voters themselves. Voter ID laws were used back during the Jim Crow era of laws used to prevent or make it difficult for minorities to vote in elections. Using such tactics is, in my opinion, more illegal than the fraud. When you require that the ID be of a specific type and not allow school ID, College ID, work ID, Food Stamp ID or any other ID to identify the person voting then you create an extra burden for people to cast their vote. Voting is a right not a privilege, by requiring people to have a specific ID to vote you take away this right to give them the privilege. This is not just illegal is edges closely to Nazi tactics. Now I know many on the right feel the need to compare Obama to Hitler but you are just mouthing what youve heard with no argument to justify that. However, the tactics used by the Republican party mirror Nazi tactics. The Nazis didnt start out killing people in concentration camps they worked their way up to it. So are the republicans by using gerrymandering and voter id to insure they get elected. Now you have to wonder why someone would go to such lengths if they didnt have an agenda. The Nazis also had an agenda when they started out.
