Frankfurt Airport and Mumbai Dabbawala are known to operate at Six Sigma level of accuracy (3 defects/miss per million). United Airlines should be awarded with Six Sigma for their delay in 100% of their flights. ALL 4 of my travels via UA flights for delayed with average delay of 1.5 Hrs in sunny bright weathers. Reason for their delay in sequence were: 1st time: Customer Service, 2nd time: Operations, 3rd time: unknown, 4th time: operations. Thanks to UA, they send courtesy SMS after delay exceeds 30 mins. Also, 8 TV displays in one of the gate in JFK airport have advertisements running. None of them displays the current flight being onboard ed or next flight to start on boarding. 200 passengers are queued with one question- when is the next flight. Response from 1 attendant: Pls stand in the queue. This dinosaur will be extinct soon!
