Frankly, this is terrifying. Rachel Maddow reports on the following from Newport, RI and the Naval Duty Station on events occurring just a month prior to the shooting at the naval shipyard. In August, 2013, Aaron Alexis moves through three different hotels in the Newport, RI area and calls the police telling them that he is being stalked by people who are talking to him through walls, floor, and ceiling and were using vibrations sent out to penetrate his body so that he cannot sleep. Also, they were using microwave devices. He identified himself as a naval contractor. n Police Sgt. Frank Rosa found this so disturbing that he contacted the On Duty Naval Station Police and advised them of the situation. Sgt. Rosa also fax’ed a copy of the report on these three events (occurring in one night) to the Naval Duty Station. The company who hired Alexis claims to have no knowledge of this report. At this time, it is unknown what became of the report. I want to know who received the report and who dropped the ball. I want to see their names and faces all over the news. If they failed to act, then they bear some responsibility for the 12 dead people at the navy shipyard in DC.
