Two after this process of an invisible East African Army and change of discipline of the army its difficult to create and planting confusion in a regionally balanced national army far different from one made by the people in the North only and by colonial masters •That Army was for particular interests it served and post colonial interests (neo~colonialism) President Museveni disbanded it and since an Army is not a Company you buy all past Government had one and only enraged military Juntas each serving its own. interests and through out disorganized former President Obote RIP and over threw him twice •HE President Museveni got a leaf from that and disbanded that type of useless Army• Its likened to wolves because it has those past interests of looting • Read for your self how abusive they are and I was surprised to Hon Oguttu saying figures Hon. Namayanja Nsereko I quoted as the Minister of Information and Guidance are cooked figures •Its true Uganda has reached 8M children going to Education and the effects are very positive• Then after handling that he reconciled with all past leaders including former Presidents who he brought back and past top of range families leaving no conflicts out side our nation •A great President !
