Free. Covers not included. Couch and love seat have tears in the the seat. I put covers over it and no one sees them. Solid. springs are not broken down. Chair is a rocker recliner. Prefer not to hold too long. New ones come in tomorrow and these will be out in our garage out of the weather. Smoke free house. We have a wood Furnance. One dog but she is not allowed in the living room. She is limited to kitchen only. Big rapids pick up. Poos.
