Freedom of the press and opinions NEVER gives publishers the right - TopicsExpress

Freedom of the press and opinions NEVER gives publishers the right to be VIGILANTES. When the media use their power, prolerty, and prestige to destroy a political party inorder to put in their candidate they have not overstepped professionalism they have entered the world of Propaganda. Lest we forget ask ourselves how.Hier and the Nazi Regime rose in power and stayed in power. One avenue was through the media.of journalism i.e. radio and press and today it would include television and even FB. Draw the line b/w opinons and using 17 writers to go after Mayor Ford helicopters and houndi.g his home his family and friends. in my opinion eceryone should cancel this.paper and let advertisers know their money supported this ruthless hunt against a man who is fat not party of country club and insists on driving his own vehicle to save the tax dollars for taxpayers of Toronto. Toronto will come out of this better as will Mayor Rob Ford. I conclude by repesting this prediction: The Toronto Star will be bankrupt by 11 November 2014 and it all depends on the great people of Canada standing up as we remember those who fought and died for this very same scenario: we will remember and now is time to take up the torch for those who are now in late 80s and 90s tjose in the folllwing wars. Lest we forget is not a sentiment emotion it is an action. Now fight the enemy in our midst before they destroy us. In memory of my grandfather George Black WWI and his two sons Jack and Bill WWIi who were fortunate - they came home. With love and gratitude Bonnie
