There will be a break in the work on Thursday New Years Day. — H-1 FREEWAY — SALT LAKE TO HONOLULU INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT Two right lanes in the westbound direction between the Keehi Interchange and the Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam off-ramp (Exit 15B) through 12:01 a.m. Monday. The Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam off-ramp (Exit 15B) will be closed. Detours will be established to allow access to Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam at all times. Westbound freeway traffic to JBPHH should use the Arizona Memorial/Stadium off-ramp (Exit 15A) to Kamehameha Highway and make a U-turn at the Radford Drive intersection. JBPHH-bound traffic should stay in the right lane and use the Hickam AFB/Naval Base exit ramp. WAIMALU TO WAIPAHU 9:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. Monday through Wednesday: Right lane closure in the westbound direction between the Pearl City/Waimalu off-ramp (Exit 10) and the Farrington Highway overpass for road widening. WAIPAHU 9 a.m.-3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday: Shoulder lane closed in the eastbound direction between the Kunia off-ramp (Exit 5) and the H-1/H-2 interchange for utility installations. MAKAKILO 8:30 p.m.-4 a.m. Tuesday: Full closure on the Makakilo/Kapolei/Kalaeloa off-ramp (Exit 2) from the H-1 Freeway in the westbound direction for road repairs. — H-2 FREEWAY — WAIPIO 9 p.m.-4 a.m. Sunday through Wednesday: In the Honolulu-bound direction between the Ka Uka Boulevard off-ramp (Exit 2) and the Waiawa Road overpass for the rail project. — H-3 FREEWAY — KANEOHE 8:30 a.m.-3 p.m. Monday through Friday: Left lane closure in both directions between the Kamehameha Highway off-ramp (Exit 11) and the Marine Corps Base Hawaii in Kaneohe for road repairs. — FARRINGTON HIGHWAY — NORTH SHORE 8:30 a.m.-3 p.m. Monday through Wednesday: In both directions between Kaukonahua Road and Mokuleia Beach Park for utility maintenance. — KAMEHAMEHA HIGHWAY — PEARL CITY 8:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m. Monday: Left lane closure in the westbound direction between Puu Momi Street and Kuleana Road for deck widening. HALEIWA 8:30 a.m.-3 p.m. Monday through Wednesday: In both directions between Weed Circle and Waimea Valley Road for utility maintenance. MILILANI 8:30 p.m.-4:30 a.m. Sunday through Wednesday: In both directions between Ka Uka Boulevard and Lanikuhana Avenue for road reconstruction, resurfacing and installation of striping and markers. General traffic will be re-routed to the H-2 Freeway, but local traffic access for Kipapa Gulch residents has been coordinated to be escorted through the project site as needed. Advisory message boards have been placed near Ka Uka Boulevard and Lanikuhana Avenue with the work schedule. LAIE 8:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. Tuesday: In the northbound direction from Lanihuli Street to Enos Road for utility installations. PUPUKEA 8:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. Tuesday: In the southbound direction from Pahipahilua Street to Kaunala Street for utility installations. — NIMITZ HIGHWAY — HONOLULU Two right lanes closed in the westbound direction between Valkenburgh Street and Elliot Street through 12:01 a.m. Monday as a safety precaution due to deck repairs happening above. 8:30 a.m.-3 p.m. Monday through Friday: Right lane closed in the eastbound direction between Valkenburgh Street and Main Stree for roadside maintenance. — KANEOHE BAY DRIVE — KANEOHE 8:30 a.m.-3 p.m. Monday through Wednesday: Single lane closure in the eastbound direction between Kamehameha Highway and Nanamoana Street for striping and sidewalk repairs as part of the Kaneohe Bay Drive Rehabilitation Project. — KUNIA ROAD — SCHOFIELD BARRACKS 7:30 p.m.-4 a.m. Sunday through Tuesday: Two lanes closed in the northbound directions between Lyman Road and Wilikina Drive for road repairs.
