Frequent Crossfit training alone might surely get you killed; its a disaster in terms of severe injuries...Crossfit is a sport & the training methodologies to enhance performance & minimize injuries should also be like a sport... There is no doubt that Crossfit is a great tool for optimal fitness... My point is it should be implemented intelligently... Playing a sport is not a problem but knowing once limit is what matters the most... And Crossfit is a constantly varied high intensity training module... So better learn to swim before diving in an ocean :-)
