Fresh impressions , only my impressions Hi everybody. The topic “The Meeting that looks at Itself!“ was moderated by Cristi Horea . The handout missed the title but had good questions .We started to talk about the accumulation of good mood, the snowball effect, than continued talking about the mirror effect and the vision of a meeting. We concluded that in a good meeting the moderator has to try to involve everybody, and the clubbers have to talk not the moderator. I mentioned that we need to plan more versions for 10, 20, or 30 attendants, and sometimes we need to organize the clubbers in teams. Cristi mentioned that he considers that there are temporary moderators like Patrick. To point nr.5 from the handout: Limits and enemies of the meetings I would like to add: it would be good for every clubber to tell his/her own opinion or experience not of the others. Patrick talked about the behavior of the clubbers: Don’t interrupt the speaker. Cristi brought a lot of quotations but I couldn’t follow and understand them well. I suggest that the quotations be put before the meeting on the English club group page. Cristi had 16. topic suggestions, I am curious and can’t wait to see how he will moderate them.
