Freshman Montana Rep. Mary Ann Dunwell (D-Helena) is proposing a phased-in minimum wage of $15 (she calls it a living wage). In her op-ed in the Helena IR on Wednesday she makes a bold claim, Frankly, many of those companies [with 50 or more employees] grow wealthy off the backs of their substandard-wage workers.
