Friday 12 July THE UNLIMITED GOD MEMORIZE: “To whom then - TopicsExpress

Friday 12 July THE UNLIMITED GOD MEMORIZE: “To whom then will ye liken me, or shall I be equal? saith the Holy One.” Isaiah 40:25 PLEASE READ: Isaiah 40:28-31 Isaiah 40:28-31 New International Version (NIV) 28 Do you not know? Have you not heard? The Lord is the everlasting God, the Creator of the ends of the earth. He will not grow tired or weary, and his understanding no one can fathom. 29 He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak. 30 Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall; 31 but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint. God has many attributes. Today we will look at some of them. He is Omnipotent – (omni- all, power – potent) meaning that He’s the one with all power (Jeremiah 32:27). Unlike man that is very limited in what He can say or do, God is unlimited (Isaiah 40:30). The youths may be energetic yet they get tired and even die (James 4:13-14). God is never tired or weak (Isaiah 40:28), doze or sleep (Psalms 90:1-2). He is not limited by death because He lives forever (Revelation 4:9) and will even send the spirit of death to the lake of fire (Revelation 20:14). He has no beginning and no end so can get rid of any issues. Therefore any problem in your life today started one day and must end one day. Some years ago, my youngest son came to ask me what I wanted for Christmas but I told him not to bother. He insisted that I should just mention it so I asked him to buy me an airplane. He laughed and said that was not the kind of gift he was talking about. Why? It was because he was limited. God is unlimited in resources unlike men. That is why He keeps ALL His promises. You should therefore ask him for gifts that money cannot buy. He can heal, provide or meet any needs; all we need to do is ask Him. ACTION POINT: Father, this season, let your Almightiness swallow every ‘but’ in my life and family.
