Friday (April 4) My Reflection “His hour had not yet come” Gospel Reading: John 7:1-2, 10, 25-30 Whatever threats and machinations could not stop our Lord’s perseverance in doing the father’s will. His soul is always at peace as he works for the Father’s glory. To redeem us from the curse of the law (Galatians 4:4-5); Nothing could diminish his resolve to feed the spiritually hungry, cure the sick, and teach the ignorant. Love gave Christ the capacity to give himself more. Love protects life from prejudices and complaints. Our Lord expects his followers to have a similar sense: We are envoys, ambassadors.
