Friday Night at the Bar! Good Competition at Functional Strength Olympic friday night. After a week of sickness and no lifting for both Odette Smith and myself. i wasnt expecting much. BUT..... we both pulled off increases in both lifts to our totals, and comp P.Bs it was a good atmosphere, and we did see some great lifting ! Odette even admitted she had fun!!!!! (before she had finished lifting!) but that sucky Auckland traffic almost got the best of both of us..... glad the next one is a saturday..... Big Shout out to Danny Danomyte Nemani - Strength Athlete and The Otara Barbell Club for there support and camaraderie. and of couse Richard (Richie) Patterson New Zealand Weightlifter and Phillipa/ Pip Hale: NZL Olympic Weightlifter thanks VERY much for having us, see you next month!
