Friday is a great day to reflect on how your week went. Were your actions in line with your priorities? Do we really have enough time to do the things we want? Of course. You have the ability to prioritize. Plan ahead. Keep a schedule. Stick to it. Your most important things first. Define what the word IMPORTANT means to you. We seem to think that working 16 hr days in a crappy job that is sucking the life out of us is enough of a reason not to make our health a priority. Guess what? Youre wrong. No one said it was easy. Struggles come in different packages. If it means enough to you, you will find a way out of your current misery before its too late. I get it. Fear is what holds us back. Fear is what cripples too many amazing , special people from truly making their mark and living out their dream. My day: woke up at 6:00am. Breakfast and 25 min reading of personal development. No cell phone. No computer. Surgery from 730-330p. Lunch . Shakeology for snack. Check my water intake. Snack. Write up notes. Post office. Respond to messages, write posts, respond to emails. Home. Hug and kiss Brooke. Lay down for 30 min and listen to guided meditation. Eat PB and j. 25 minutes Les mills combat upper body blowout downstairs in basement. Shower. dinner w Brooke outside cuz its nice out. Later tonite I plan on responding to three people I have not responded to and reach out to three more people. Watch movie w Brooke. Bedtime. This is planned out ahead of time otherwise there is no way id get that done. You have to ask yourself how bad do you want that fulfillment..that light at the end of the tunnel. You can take a break. Modify. Slow down. Whatever you want along your journey. Just dont ever EVER quit.
