Friday mornings have to be one of my favourite days of the week...and its not because its a day closer to the weekend. Our Friday morning FIRE crew have been consistent throughout the duration of the program. They are always striving to perform better whether it be focusing on correct form and technique or hitting PBs. I was quiet impressed with these 3 people for a number of reasons. They have: Listened to my feedback and have improved progressively. They concentrate on correct form and technique. They have all gone up in weight and are smashing it!! Most importantly, they laugh at my jokes and have my back when Juan and I share a banter! Well done!! You have made Sus and Juan very proud!!
