Friends, I have often invited, challenged, even begged you to read the blog posts of my little sister, Renee Spivy. She is smart & funny, introspective & deep, has led about half of an amazing & interesting life, and she journals & blogs about all of that (plus some stuff that will open your eyes & heart) in a plaintive and approachable way that is a shy and retiring as a 2 X 4 to the skull. What you may not know is there is another, still younger sister, that is the actual writer of the family. She is smarter than I, more spiritual than ANYONE, is a gifted writer, talented baker & cook, has the soul of a servant, and she makes me laugh, nearly every day.
