Friends, Looking to sell my truck so I can have a little extra room in the driveway.. its a 1999 ford explorer sport (2 door).. has like 168000 miles on it, 4.0ohv V6, 5 spd standard transmission, rear wheel drive, has rusty rockers but most of it is under the plastic rocker covers and cant be seen, put 4 brand new Goodyear ranglers on it last spring and have only put 5 thousand on them.. their still brand new really, just changed the oil 10 miles ago(used mobile 1 extended performance and that is all I have used since I bought it), has towing package with heavy duty leaf springs in the back and has both 4 flat and 6 blade round trailer light hookup(pulls my 3500 pound boat without any problem), power windows, locks, and mirrors, keyless entry with alarm and immobilizer system, heat gets HOT and a/c gets COLD, also I have just installed seat heaters in the drivers seat(heating elements are actually under the upholstery and switch is installed in center console so it looks completely factory and works amazingly!), can also add it to passenger seat if ya throw in an extra $40, clutch is starting to slip but monday I am putting in a new clutch, pressure plate, flywheel, throw out and pilot bearing, clutch slave cylinder, and clutch master cylinder... so youll be getting a BRAND new clutch right from the get go, also while I have the Trans out Im going to go ahead and replace the engine main seal, Trans seals, and drain and replace the Trans lube. So the drive train should be good to go for another 170k! 5 thousand miles ago I did a tune up on it which included new intake manifold gaskets, cleaned entire intake while I had it off, valve and injector cleaning, spark plugs, spark plug wires, air filter, coolant system flush, and also replaced the battery as the old one was pretty aged and I didnt want to go to use it and it be dead! I do all the work on my cars, and take pride on keeping them in tip top shape, you will be buying a well taken care of truck! If you have any questions feel free to ask!
