Friends Please Support! Read more: The Jamaica bobsled team has just launched a fundraising campaign. Unfortunately, we have not yet secured a sponsor and we are in the process of developing the next generation of Jamaican bobsledders to compete in the 2018 Olympic Games in Korea. We currently have six athletes (2 men & 4 women) in Park City, UT participating in a bobsled driving school. There are 12 more athletes in Jamaica that we cant afford to put on ice right now but need to. The new team is a very talented motivated bunch and although they have yet to lay eyes on a real bobsled; they have already made some significant sacrifices since the summer to get them to this point in the season. As you can imagine, this campaign is key to helping us develop this team.
