Friends and Family, I have been a personal trainer, in some capacity, since my freshman year in college...25 years ago! From the age of 12, when I started lifting weights consistently, it was always my dream to own my own fitness facility. On November 19, 2014, I will complete year 21 as the owner of The Exercise Solution, Inc. I have enjoyed that time immensely! Many of the close relationships I have today, have come about as a direct result of my work over the last 21 years. For this wonderful blessing of being able to make my former hobby my career, I AM GRATEFUL! Allow me to offer thanks to all of you for granting me your trust and support! I love you deeply. However, life is consistent in change, and change affects us all. It is with much gratitude, excitement, and sadness that I announce my retirement from personal training. My last official day as a personal trainer will be Friday, December 12, 2014. As many of you know, I have been involved in real estate over the last several years. Throughout that time, many personal changes have taken place in my life. My passions and priorities have changed (as well as my physical body;)! I have realized that it is time to move on the next chapter in my life. So, as I shift careers from fitness to real estate, my training becomes my hobby once again! I hope to see all of you in the gym, consistently, training hard! Thank you all once again for your trust and support throughout the years!
