Friends internal situations in our bank is grave .things are much worse in other circles such as moradabad Indore Jallandhar fgmo chennai fgmo mumbai are virtual hellish cell .there may be many more such circles where officers are treated worse than bonded labourers. Though in my city things are other way around and here management do not indulge in any such atrocities. The situation demanded an united action but since none of the majority union /association is willing to acknowledge our existence they have decided to hold Demonstration on their own we wish them best of luck But I am of the considered opinion that demonstration alone will not suffice any agitations must include strike also and not on a negative agenda but on a positive agenda to make our bank the best bank to work for rest will automatically follow . On Monday our Chandigarh unit will held a demonstration followed by dharma demonstration all over the country culminating into one day strike .we know our strike will not halt the work in our bank but that is not our purpose our intention is that there must not be another sehgal in our bank where many such incidents can happen any day anywhere particularly our scale 4 friends who are most vulnerable and AO who are having worse of both world
