Friends who subscribe or are considering a subscription to Sirius XM....Please read the following and be aware. 1. Sirius XM are straight up stalkers and thieves. 2. I was given a free 3 month subscription when I purchased my new car, when my antenna stopped working in my car, I called them to inform them that I would no longer need their service. 3. Since then, they have called me every week, I respond by asking them to take me off of their calling list and cancel my account. Each time they have said they understand and will make notes to my account. 4. I was billed $108.52 yesterday for their services. 5. I called and they had no record of anyone ever talking to me about any type of issue. 6. Apparently you have to be transferred to their cancellation department to have your credit card information removed. 7. You have to speak to the cancellation department supervisor to be placed on their do not call list. 8. You have to be transferred 3 more times to find out you have been billed for the last year and there is nothing they are willing to do about it. 9. When asked to speak to a supervisor to get past charges removed for services that were not provided, they claim you have to contact their corporate offices. 10. The corporate offices have no phone number but can be contacted via mail. (note: not email... actual mail) So, this company stalked me and then completely stole money from my bank account for services that were not provided after being repeatedly asked not to. Please share this information with everyone you can. There is no way we can protect ourselves from this type of terrible business practice unless we are all aware of how completely ruthless and ignorant they truly are!
