From ALICE (I): In my opinion this question is a very important one. How do we respond to a person - celebrity, friend, relative, co-worker - that we believe to be seriously prejudiced? How can we challenge that person while at the same time opening the door to self-awareness and change? Realistically, is change possible? To what extent does it matter? If the person is a damn good cook, should you fire her as the head chef in your restaurant if she uses the N or the F word in a sentence? What does a "sincere apology" mean? cnn/2013/06/28/opinion/obeidallah-deen-forgiveness/index.html?sr=sharebar_facebook
