Rome wasnt built in a day, and a mile cannot be walked in the first step. Rather than being a dick you could offer encouragement or support. Do you know the courage it takes for some of those people to go to the gym at all? Im lucky I train at what I consider one of the greatest gyms in the world, (Iron Mafia) Four Brothers Gym, I cant think of one person in our gym that would rip on someone for trying to better themselves. Drag ass and youll hear it, but youll be encouraged along the way. The idea that youre better than someone just because youre stronger is about the worst rhetoric Ive ever heard, a strong man builds others, the weak try to tear them down.
