From DEADLINE: RYAN DEVLIN (Cougar Town) has landed a recurring role on the CW‘s drama pilot Jane The Virgin. Based on the successful Venezuelan telenovela Juana la Virgen, Jane The Virgin centers on Jane (Gina Rodriguez), a hardworking religious girl who, due to a series of outrageous events, is accidentally artificially inseminated. Devlin, repped by TalentWorks and Michelle Grant at Grant Management, will play Andre, the brother of Jane’s boyfriend, a trouble-maker holding on to some secrets. Devlin also will executive produce GSN’s new series The Idiot Test and will return to host the recently ordered Season 2 of MTV’s Are You The One?
