The DC Bar Association has no record of you under your name OR the bar card number you put on your Protection Order... that was YOUR info. Do you really think a scan of a piece of paper, which could be faked by anyone with a reasonable proficiency in Photoshop, is going to supersede their data? And really, a jet-set lifestyle? Ive seen where Kevin stays on the road... usually any available couch, but at 6 Nations they actually gave him a room in the Kanata Centre... a community meeting place, not a hotel. Womanizer? Get a grip. I have known Kevin personally for years, as have others in my immediate circle. The crap youve been sending around has been ridiculous. Protection Order indeed! Against what, when all theyre doing is saying youre going to be called into a hearing, and best bring your lawyer? And if ITCCS doesnt exist, who, precisely, is going to attack you? Kevin, all of 150 lbs soaking wet? Such a picture of drama, hostility, and physical danger you paint, Alfred... for what purpose? There is neither fact nor logic on your side in this kerfuffle, Alfred, and quite frankly, youre damned right I will stand up for my friend, whom I know to be much different from the character you describe, whatever other faults he may have. Whatever you might allege, I have some personal experience with the matters at hand, have weighed the evidence a lot more objectively than you would give me credit for, and my verdict is in. If this were a court, as you well know, someone would be saying I put you to the strictest proof thereof, and your bullets would be blanks. As to my possible bias in this regard, please be advised that while I do count Kevin as a friend and have known him for years, he and I do not always agree philosophically or as to strategy (not that I would ever impose my views).
