From Elizabeth: So I began my PTCB recert in May. I paid the fee and everything. I later got an email stating I had been randomly selected for an audit. I had to fax copies of my CE and pay an additional $10 reprocessing fee. A week ago I began getting suspicious because I still havent received my new certificate in the mail. So I call PTCB and they tell me they didnt get 1 page of my CE certificates which happened to be the very first one I sent off. After talking to two different people over an hour period, I JUST HAD TO PAY THEM ANOTHER $80 BECAUSE THEY HAVE MOVED ME INTO THE REINSTATEMENT GROUP AND WOULDNT OWN UP TO THEIR MISTAKE AND THEY REFUSED TO WAVE THE FEE!!! SHe told me I could appeal it but it could take a while to hear anything... Has this happened to any one else???
