(President Harry S. Truman, who stood 5 feet 9 inches himself, described Stalin as a little squirt.) Also: Stalin was mean to one of his sons who tried to shoot himself and failed. Stalin responded with, He cant even shoot straight. The son was later captured by the Germans in war, Stalin refused to negotiate his release, the son killed himself by running into an electric fence.
