From: Karen Hudes Date: Sat, Jun 21, 2014 at 4:47 PM Subject: Re: Touching Base To: Military Officer Sir, An auditor also asked me the same question, whether there is still time for a good outcome. I am asking the countries of the world the same question. I will remind the Board of Executive Directors at the World Bank, who represent 188 countries, of my meetings with the then Chairs of the World Banks Audit and Ethics Committees. After the World Banks Human Resources Department refused to appoint me as Secretary for the High Level Commission on World Bank Governance, Germany withdrew its support for the study. I had already informed the Senate Committee on Foreign Relations that Germanys Executive Director, Eckard Deutcher, told me that the Board members were treated like mushrooms, kept in the dark and covered with fertilizer. kahudes.net/wp-content/uploads/2012/05/exhibit8.pdf The Dutch Government had asked the Audit Committee to look into the cover-up I was reporting kahudes.net/wp-content/uploads/2012/05/exhibit5.pdf kahudes.net/wp-content/uploads/2012/05/exhibit6.pdf The Audit Committee commissioned KPMG to audit the World Banks internal control over financial reporting after the High Level Commission on World Bank Governance recommended abolishing the Board. When KPMG prevented me from informing their audit team of the lapses in internal controls, I sued KPMG for its violation of auditing standards. As a bondholder, I also sued the World Bank to bring it into compliance under the Sarbanes Oxley security laws. I also required the states attorneys generals to bring the World Bank into compliance under state blue sky securities laws. kahudes.net/wp-content/uploads/2012/05/exhibit12.pdf The SEC, the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board and other auditing oversight agencies have refused to sanction KPMG. The European Parliaments Committee on Budgetary Control investigated my claims and I testified before them on May 25, 2011: europarl.europa.eu/document/activities/cont/201105/20110518ATT19540/20110518ATT19540EN.pdf kahudes.net/wp-content/uploads/2012/05/exhibit4.pdf 188 Ministers of Finance have settled my bondholder lawsuit. kahudes.net/wp-content/uploads/2013/01/ljudicialconference1.pdf There is a legal remedy under the laws of bailment. The worlds lawyers and auditors are on notice that the world is watching whether they are now requiring the banking cartel to honor legal withdrawal requests to bring the worlds gold out of hiding. https://s3.amazonaws/khudes/auditors+and+lawyers.pdf This weekend on behalf of Wolfgang Struck, authorized signatory on the Global Debt Facility, I am preparing the withdrawal request to the World Bank and IMF Executive Directors for our administrative costs. At the same time, I am informing them that should the Board not approve the withdrawal request, Wolfgang Struck is going to sell some gold at a sharp discount to one of the member countries. If the World Banks Board does not honor the withdrawal request, they are on notice on the summary terms of the transaction that will then go forward. I am also writing to all the ambassadors in Tokyo, requesting them to sign the Monetary Agreement. https://s3.amazonaws/khudes/Monetary+Agreement1.pdf Where theres a will theres a way. On M-F at 5pm EST I provide situation reports at ustream.tv/channel/bankvsyou I am going to be featured in a major mainstream media publication next week. The job for which Mr. Tuluy has refused to consider my application involves legal advice to the High-Level Commission on World Bank Governance. Mr. Tuluy continues to refuse to meet with me in order to properly resolve my case. It is therefore necessary for the Boards Ethics Committee to become involved at this time. I, as many, probably most, in America see no legal remedy to the dilution and destruction of our freedom and way of life because our Government is run by Corporate America and is itself a corporation bearing, what is now crystal clear, loyalty only to themselves. Additionally, America’s corporations and media are owned by elitist who wish to mold America into servitude of their own making and our Government is ruled by, what we would call, “our enemies.” Our representative form of government has been ruled by Case Law to be representation by proxy, removing our voice for all but remedy by vote, which is, as the wisdom of history has revealed, illusionary and ineffective. Without further ado, I feel certain you can follow the implied reasoning and the reality we are facing. Your ambition, drive, and tenacity are quite apparent and laudable. I thank you for sharing yourself and time; I will follow the links you provided immediately after hitting the send button of this transmittal. I do not subject my computers to Social Media sites, and, awaiting another of your interviews, where hosts cannot let you complete verbalizing a response before they interrupt with yet another question, is something I would rather forgo. Do you provide your followers “situation reports”, SITREPS, on a typical (non-twitter, etc.) web site? I wish you the best and I sincerely thank you. Have yourself a great weekend and I hope it is not raining there as it is here… Respectfully, Military Officer ________________________________________ From: Karen Hudes Sent: Saturday, June 21, 2014 2:21 PM To: Military Officer Subject: Re: Touching Base Dear Military Officer Thank you for your questions, and for your service to our country. In the case of the United States, the legal way for the people to change their government is to hold a Convention under Article V of the Constitution. The fact that the Congress is refusing to do its duty and call the Convention is now before the state legislatures. The state legislatures are starting to do their job and get the people to understand how this country is being hoodwinked by the Congress, which is in the hip pocket of the banking cartel. https://s3.amazonaws/khudes/KAHudes1861.jpg We will have our convention soon. Legality is sequential, you cant ignore what you dont like. You have to change it legally. Just look at the French Revolution to see what happens when you jump the tracks. When you lose legality you lose your civilization and become animals. I am trying to hold it all together -- i.e. convince the authorized signatory that the people are not altogether stupid, and that they will order their governments to place the banking cartel into Chapter 11 bankruptcy and that their governments are going to be held accountable for what they do and dont do. Now that more people are starting to wake up, there is also the problem to convince the people that the system can be made to work for them. These are thankless tasks, but this power transition model says there is a 90-95% likelihood it is possible: philosophyofmetrics/2014/02/18/sdrs-and-the-new-bretton-woods-part-six/comment-page-1/#comment-584 I am not an investment advisor, and there are two separate functions: insurance in case things fall apart, and preserving wealth. They are not the same thing. Buying precious metals may not be a good investment because there is so much wealth in the Global Debt Facility. But in case we do not have a smooth transition, precious metals will maintain value while assets based on paper currency will not.
