From Lesley The background to this film is that we bought a load of food to feed the dogs in the open space at Bacau public shelter. Approx 800 dogs, not fed very often. There are many dead dogs and so the management wouldnt let us into the open space to feed the dogs, they didnt want me to film the dead dogs . we called the police and the police decided the shelter staff must feed the dogs our food but we couldnt go in as they were like wolves and we would get attacked......lets play a game.......how many aggressive dogs can you spot in this film as the dogs are fed, probably for the first time in a few days. Bacau Public Shelter...WE ARE COMING TO GET YOU!!! The world is watching and you are breaking the law. Ive already booked the police for next week :)
