From Melanie - In a way, I feel bad putting you all on this roller coaster with me, but I want you to be able to pray specifically. Adam is back in the ICU and on very minimal support on the vent. They are going to start the process of weaning him all over again. He has been doing some new things though. During physical therapy yesterday, they gave him a flashlight and didnt tell him what it was. It took him a minute, but he switched it on. They gave him a tv remote and told him to push the green button. This also took a minute but he did it and it turned the tv on. They gave him an electronic white board and he scribbled on it, no words yet, but the physical therapist said it was kind of early to expect words and that it was good that he seemed to know that he was supposed to write with it. I cant wait for him to go to rehab, but it doesnt seem to quite be time yet. Thank you for your prayers - April 19, 7:40 am EDT / 8:40 am NBBI time.
