From Melissa Loftin, Manager of Community Outreach, AQHA Youth Art Show Winners Announced The winners of the Texas Region 16 2014 Youth Art Show and Contest were announced December 9 during the show’s opening reception at the American Quarter Horse Hall of Fame & Museum in Amarillo. This year, 10 middle and high school students from the Texas Panhandle were awarded cash prizes and honors for their artwork depicting the American Quarter Horse throughout history. Plus, one teacher received an all-expense-paid field trip to the Hall of Fame for the following school year.
