TIME FOR TOM JOSEPH AND T.AZIZ TO HANG THE BOOTS TO REGAIN KERALA’S LOST GLORY: While considering that there is rare we have players like Tom Joseph but all the players have an end and I wouldn’t wish Players like Tom Joseph shall be asked by anyone to retire but its Tom Himself have to make a decision to Retire with Pride. Looking a pale shadow and pulling the high expectations upon him in Nationals and now in federation Cup says a clear indication that age is walking on these players and they are unable to keep high intensity to face the challenge from likes of Naveen, Vaishnav, Pankaj, Akhin, lalit and the others who are storming the fire power. Its certainly will be a sad story of Tom and Subba Rao likes of Players to walk of the high competitive pitch of volleyball without ARJUN AWARD but the truth have to be faced and accepted. If Kerala Volleyball have to be standing tall as they have many talented young ones who can fill the void of Tom and Aziz and other seniors and KSVA have to make an stand with full support from Tom and Aziz likes of players to input the best of their wishes and knowledge to get the Kerala’s lost glory. I myself played my last volleyball in and for India at Bangladesh as I came to understand that I didn’t perform the way I was expected and I hid the call on me and walked away. CHHOSING RIGHT DECISION AT RIGHT TIME MAKE ONE LIVE WITH LEGACY OR GET SACKED AND LIVE WITH HUMILIATION. CHOICE IS IN HAND OF EACH PLAYER
