From Traffic Tracker 2s Dave Cash: A stuck 18 wheeler has been cleared from the 190 North offramp to Sheridan/Kenmore & Northbound Sheridan Drive Extension has been re-opened as well. Roads are quickly becoming wet pretty widespread across Western New York. The 90 East slows on & off from Ridge Road in West Seneca to Walden. The 290 East is slow from Sheridan/Harlem to the 90 West ramp. The 190 South slows just past the 290 to Ontario. There is a minor accident at Seymour & Morgan in Buffalo & a stranded motorist on the Outbound 33 offramp to Fillmore Avenue.
